Abstract

In covid 19 pandemic year there is a certain appearance of mucormycosis lots of patients are dying in India, no such specific protocol regarding the treatment. There is a severe scarcity of the amphotercin B and other antifungal drugs, posaconazole.There is sever black marketing of that drug. All though there is 2nd wave of covid 19 pandemic. Early detection save the life of the patient .Endoscopic debridement and orbital exentertion had a definite role in saving the life of the patient. Multispeciality approach saves the life of the patient.This video shows lid sparing orbital exenteration with severe deformity of the face. Also, compare eyelash sparing orbital exenteration with cosmetic outcome and psycosocial status of the patient.In this study out of 18 patients, 17 patients are saved and sacrifice one patient due to electrolyte imbalance, failure.
