Abstract

To demonstrate challenges in IOL implantation in small eyes. Case1: Largest ever Intra ocular IOL power implanted in human eye.(65 Diopter) Case 2: Video demonstration of only Optic of IOL impantation in Micro cornea eye for refractive correction. In such small eyes , it is essential to perform UBM pre operatively. IOL power should be considered after studying various formulae. Always keep comprehensive approach towards such cases. Use customised IOL to achieve desired post operative results. Once post operative results are analysed, further bioptics can be managed. To conclude , comprehensive approach towards such small eyes is essential to achieve desired refraction. Proper planning and thorough investigations are essential for good outcome and patient satisfaction.
