Abstract

A 27 year old male patient presented with blurred vision in both eyes . Ophthalmic examination reveals no anterior segment anomaly and on further dilated examination microspherophakic lens measure an average of 7mm with anterior dislocation. both eyes lens extraction surgery done and patient rehabilitated with secondary Iol.
