Abstract

Many times it is mentioned that if the patient is ” One Eyed” , then you SHOULD do this or should NOT do this. Simply, we put extra thinking and precautions. This is also true for extra premium cases and of course, VIP cases.

In this paper we have gone through the operation video recordings of 15 years and found out some unusual complications during surgery which was unintended, not provoking – just happened .

The aim of this paper is to enhance the thought process to prevent the presented complications, if at all possible.
