Abstract
A prospective interventional study of perforating corneal injury with intraocular foreign body in anterior segment conducted on 30 patients over 12 months .patients with endophthalmitis and posterior segment pathology were excluded.patients follow up done for 3 months and investigations like NCT , B-SCAN ,BP,RBS,syringing etc., are done for the patients
Results : In this study most of the affected patients were Males with agriculture occupation and predominant intraocular foreign body is stone
Conclusion:Post operative decrease in visual acuity get improved by early intervention.
