Abstract
26 years old male presented to OPD with chief complaints of headache since 8 months.Family history&personal history was insignificant. On examination both eyes BCVA was 20/20.On looking for diurnal variation in intraocular pressure(iop) it was found that peak rise in iop was at 12 pm which was 21mmHg in RE& 27mmHg LE with GAT.CCT was 540µ inRE&545µin LE.Gonioscopy revealed open angle in all quadrants with iris processes present in all quadrants. Fundus examination revealed concentric deep optic disc cupping of 0.5 in both eyes. Reliable 24-2 VF showed in RE, GHT within normal limits, VFI of 97%, MD of -3.05dB, PSD of 3.11dB, where as in the LE, GHT was outside normal limits, VFI of 98%, MD of -2.48dB, PSD of 2.66dB.OCT of RNFLcame out to be normal.Patient was kept under regular followup.Second reliable VF after 3month came out with increase inVF defects. We concluded that patient with early age onset, concentric deep cup, asymmetry in iop should have high suspicion for JOAG.
