Abstract
A 12-year old child presented with a combined veno-lymphatic malformation in the medial extraconal, preseptal, and retrobulbar space of the left orbit leading to sudden painful proptosis and diplopia. The lesion partially regressed after fluid aspiration and fluoroscope- assisted intralesional bleomycin with a significant reduction in the size of the lesion, complete resolution of the proptosis with no procedural adverse events. This report highlights the efficacy and safety of sclerotherapy using intralesional bleomycin in the treatment of orbital lymphangioma.
