Abstract
We present a case of 42 years female with chronic granulomatous uveitis and hyphema. There was no history of ocular trauma. Systemic examination revealed bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy. Visual acuity was no perception of light in right eye and marked diminution of vision in left eye. Slit lamp examination revealed old keratic precipitates and hyphema in the right eye. Retinal detachment was found on B scan ultrasonography of right eye. Skin biopsy and fine needle aspiration cytology report stated caseous necrosis with tubercular granuloma and healed granuloma respectively. Patient was prescribed anti-tubercular drugs and topical anti-glaucoma medications. Tubercular uveitis can present with grave complications like neovascular glaucoma and retinal detachment.
