Abstract
Refractory glaucoma in a 53 year old gentleman associated with essential iris atrophy (EIA) in his left eye was treated with micro-pulse transcleral cyclophotocoagulation (MP-TSCPC) with MP3 probe for the control of intra-ocular pressure (IOP). Post procedure, patient was noted to have inferior corneal burn, which subsided with the use of topical lubricating agents.
