Method- Complete systemic, (to rule out any systemic association)and ophthalmic examination was conducted including visual acuity, slit lamp examination, b-scan, fundus examination , visual field,

The data was then analysed and no systemic association was found.

ocular examination-vision BE-6/6, on slit lamp examination anterior segment was found normal, on fundus examination – retinal astrocytoma was found 2DD lateral to optic disc of 3DD size sparing macula in left eye, on ultrasonography LE hyperintense (?calcification) spot was found on retinal, visual fields were normal

Patient was advised routine and strict follow up to see progression of tumor
