Abstract

Through this short surgical video we intend to illustrate variety of modalities for successfully achieving the crucial step of anterior capsulorhexis during paediatric cataract surgery. The video demonstrates various techniques and instruments for rhexis in challenging scenarios like PHPV, Anterior polar cataract , Traumatic cataract with zonular dialysis, calcified membranous cataract, Intemuscent cataract.
