Methods-In 1 year of treatment and follow up, we measured the IOP, Corneal diameter, Axial Length and Fundus examination was done.
Results- Trabeculotomy with Trabeculectomy surgery was done in the patient on maximum medical treatment.Patient was followed up and raised IOP with changes in corneal morphology was noted after which the patient was treated with Tube Shunt surgery .
Conclusion-It is rare to have both CG and NF1 and CG may be a prelude to NF1. Continuous follow up should be adviced and we should raise our awareness of the combined condition and to improve chances of early diagnosis.
