Abstract

A 20 year old girl presented with swelling of right side of face with proptosis of right eye and watering since 2 months. Nasal mass and headache was present. On examination, her visual acuity was FC at 2m for right eye with restricted extra ocular movements in all directions. Fundus examination of right eye shows mass effect with papilladema of optic nerve head. Her left eye was clinically normal. Confirmation on esthesioneuroblastoma/fibrosarcoma was done by CEMRI and biopsy report. Following chemotherapy, right sided debulking surgery was performed. Patient is presently on chemotherapy and radiotherapy from Oncology department and is on follow-up
