Abstract
Abstract- Hemangiopericytoma is an aggressive malignant tumour of mesenchymal origin. A Primary HPC is a well-defined encapsulated mass, which has a predilection for the superior obit. Histopathological diagnosis is confirmed by typical staghorn arrangement of vessels and spindle shaped pericytes. The first published case was by Stout and Murray in 19427. Since 1942 only 300 cases have been reported in medical literature. Here we report an unusual case which presented as a Medial canthal mass suspected to be a sebaceous cyst but turned out to be Aggressive vascular tumor- Hemangiopericytoma
