Abstract
A 17 year old female came to our Ophthalmology OPD with H/O defective vision in Left eye since childhood. She also gives H/O a few episodes of Left eye redness and pain, which settled on its own. At the time of presentation, the patient did not have redness of eye or eye pain. No H/O trauma to the eye in the past. No co-morbidities and she is not on any systemic medication. H/O spectacle usage for 7 years (irregular use). BCVA – Right eye: 6/6, Left eye: 6/9p. IOP – RE: 18 mmHg, LE: 19mmHg. Slit lamp examination of the left eye revealed clear cornea, irregular anterior chamber more in the centre with posterior synechiae extending from 5-6 O’clock position. Lens opacity at the site of attachment of the posterior synechiae in the left eye was noted. Dilated fundus examination revealed Bergmeister’s papilla which was noted infero-temporally in the left eye, however the CDR was 0.3, vessels – normal and FR+. Examination of the right eye revealed normal Anterior and posterior segment.
