Abstract
Duane retraction syndrome is a congenital restrictive strabismus owing to paradoxical to subnormal innervation of lateral rectus muscle due to developmental anomaly of sixth cranial nerve. It’s characterized by co-contraction of horizontal recti on attempted adduction causing globe retraction along with variable amounts of upshoots or downshoots. Here we present a video of various clinical features of duane retraction syndrome.
