Abstract
Intumescent white cataracts are a common scenario in a country like India. The major hurdle in phacoemulsification in intumescent white cataracts is capsulorhexis. Argentinian flag sign is a common occurrence in these cataracts because of the high intra lenticular pressure. Corneal opacity and hard nucleus along with the capsular tear extension makes the procedure more difficult and complex. This video will highlight the pearls to overcome the complex situation and overcome the triple trouble in these cataracts.
