Abstract

The study population includes patients who has undergone two muscle horizontal squint surgery form 2018-2010 by a single surgeon using standard muscle surgical dosage charts given by Kenneth&Wright.We have done retrospective review of charts of patients who had underwent two horizontal muscle squint surgery in the period of 2 to 10 years from the date of enrollment and we have also taken one prospective visit from the date of approval from institutional review board till June 2020, outcomes were assigned to the good motor outcome if they had a post-operative angle of deviation within 10 prism diopters.Using these charts we have achieved good motor outcomes in 84% patients and improved near and distance sensory results in 75% patients during the early postoperative period.We achieved good motor results in 78.12% patients and improved near and distance sensory results in 68.75% patients during the late postoperative period
