Abstract
Abstract: A 53 years old female presented with diminution of vision in both eyes since last 40 years, following injury, that had worsened over the last one year. On examination, the right eye had adherent leucoma obstructing the pupillary area with an unaided vision of hand movement close to face and the left eye was phthisical with no perception of light. The patient underwent one step triple procedure (PKP-ECCE-PCIOL) and showed encouraging post-operative results with a BCVA of 6/12 in the right eye, thereby providing an impetus to study the role of this procedure in in providing useful vision to patients who are practically bilaterally blind.
