Abstract
A 16yrs female presented with Proptosis LE 1month; Small swelling LE since childhood, Ptosis and Restricted EOM 7days, Total immobilization 2weeks later. BCVA 6/9, N6 B/E. Leudde’s exophthalmometry- 24mm Axial Proptosis LE (16mm RE). Severe ptosis LE present, normal LPS function. EOM LE markedly reduced in all gaze (Frozen LE). Rest WNL.
USG-B, CECT & CEMRI revealed well-encapsulated mass Extraconal, partly intraconal, 27mm x 14mm x 18mm superolaterally, insignificant vascularity on Colour Doppler, encasing (L) 3rd, 4th, 6th CN; no intracranial extension.
Tumour excised by antero-lateral orbitotomy. HPE confirmed Cavernous Haemangioma. Proptosis/EOM improved markedly. BCVA 6/6, N6 B/E. No recurrence observed.
