Abstract
Abstract: We report a case of a 9 year old girl with choroidal granuloma with subretinal fluid in both eyes and combined exudative and tractional retinal detachment in the right eye extending well beyond the equator in right eye with pulmonary tuberculosis responding to treatment. Based on clinical history and investigations, treatment of anti-tubercular regimen with concomitant oral and posterior sub tenon injection of corticosteroids was started. Total healing of the lesion with resolution of SRF was observed in left eye with partial resolution in right eye. Though the SRF has significantly resolved in right eye because of the tractional component there was SRF posteriorly.
