Abstract
A chiasmal syndrom describe as a visual field defect caused by compression of optic chiasma and pitutary tumor is one of the most common cause of it.A 24 year old female patient presnted with biletral distrubance in visual field which begane 4 months prior.Static automated perimetry shows bitemporal hemianopias in vertical meridian.Anteiror sagment sagment and pupillary reflex was normal but optic disc showed bitemporal disc pallor .Brain mri showed tumor in pitutary gland compressing center of optic chiasma.patient was dignosed with pitutary adenoma.
