Remaining two IOLs were Hydrophobic including one FDA approved IOL. All eyes were subjected to the PMMA IOL implantation following explanation of Opaque IOL implant .The critical evaluation of intraoperative constraints while explanting and exchange of IOLs as well as post operative pattern was carried out in all cases. Post IOL explantation follow up was ranged from six months to three years.
