Abstract
AIM:To present three rare cases of ocular adnexal lymphoma (OAL)presenting with cellulitis like features. METHODS:Case1:A 69 years old diabetic female came with cellulitis in right eye (RE) with past history of chemotherapy for B-cell lymphoma in left axillary area 4 years back. Histopathology showed anaplastic large T cell lymphoma of RE and diagnosed as a rare case of discordant lymphoma.Case2: A 45years old female came with preseptal cellulitis in right eye, further diagnosed as a case of lacrimal gland marginal zone lymphoma (B cell) stage IV on biopsy.Case3: A13 years old came with right eye proptosis and left side facial palsy, limb weakness. Later, he diagnosed as a rare case of Extra Nodal NK/T cell Non-Hodgkin lymphoma with multisystem involvement. Results: Both T cell lymphoma cases succumbed to death within 6 months, B cell case doing well at 2 years of follow up. CONCLUSION: OAL can mimics as cellulitis, histopathological examination is crucial for correct diagnosis
