Abstract

5 year old male child presenting with blackish discolouration of right eye since birth, which gradually increases in size ,at present having size 5mm×9mm×1mm . On torch light examination hyperpigmented lesion temporally, with rest anterior segment, ocular position, ocular movement and posterior segment is normal. Complete blood counts, differential leucocyte counts, prothrombin time, S.bilirubin, S.protein reports within normal range. Their is no any other systemic involvement. Pateint is managed with conjuctival hyperpigmented lesion excision with biopsy and amniotic membrane grafting. Biopsy send for histopathology report.
