Abstract
11years old female patient presented with swelling over right cheek since childhood which was soft, non warm, non fluctuant, non-tender, gradually increases in size , causing proptosis, congestion, chemosis in right eye. On torch light examination rest anterior segment normal with ocular position, movement, posterior segment normal.Visual acuity is uncooperative. On diagnostic nasal endoscopy suggestive of nasopharyngeal mass. CT findings suggestive of benign lesion likely venolymphatic malformation in right orbital intraconal region with extension in right preseptal region and s/o ?dermoid cyst ?hemangioma. Dilation of right superior ophthalmic vein, significant right preseptal Oedema. Mild mucosal thickenning seen in both maxillary sinus ethmoidal air cells, sphenoidal air sinus. Pateint is managed with surgical excision .
