Abstract
50 year old male presented with fullness of the nasal side of left upper eyelid , painless, progressively increasing in nature . Ophthalmic examination revealed a yellowish white mass on the superomedial palpebral conjunctiva non tender and partially compressible mimicking subconjunctival prolapse of orbital fat . However , excisional biopsy established the diagnosis of conjunctival myxoma . Patient is doing well at one year follow up with no recurrence .
Conclusion : Conjunctival myxomas are rare ocular lesions with several clinical mimics that require histopathological confirmation of the diagnosis
