Abstract
25year old male presented to our eye OPD with chief complaint of floaters in both the eyes noticed since the past 5-6 months. They were insidious in onset and not associated with any other symptom.
On examination, vision was 6/6 uncorrected in both the eyes. Both the corneas showed anterior stromal breadcrumb like granular opacities in the central zone with clear interval in between the opacities. Rest anterior and posterior segment examination was within normal limits.
