Abstract

A fifty five-year-old female patient presented with chief complaints of right lower eyelid multi lobulated mass assosiated with diminision of vision since 1 year .On ophthalmic examination affected right lower lid had multiple lobulated conjuctival vascular mass (44*17*17mm) in dimensions, hard on palpation and non mobile, assosiated with RAPD and restricted eye movement in all directions ,rest cornea was clear . Non Contrast enhanced computed tomography showed lobulated large iso to hypointense soft tissue attenuation neoplastic mass involving right orbit arising from inferior rectus muscle extending into pre and post septal intra and extra conal compartment and to orbital apex along the course of inferior rectus muscle.There is no evident invasion of optic nerve. A biopsy was performed and patient was rehabilitated.
