Abstract

A 3 year female child with k/c/o B/L retinoblastoma since 1 year on treatment and completed 12 cycle of chemotherapy. After completion of chemotherapy patient was posted for RE inj intravitreal topotecan.but due to size of RB mass it wasn’t possible. Later patient presented with complaint of severe eye ache in RE and unilateral headache due to secondary glaucoma resulting from increasing size of RB mass with cataractous lens resulting in pupillary block.After which patient was adviced and underwent RE enucleation, with follow up radiotherapy.
