Abstract
A 35 year old male patient presented with bilateral diminution of vision associated with pain at 11- 12 years of age and was diagnosed to have advanced glaucoma and underwent both eye anti glaucoma surgery in 2003. After which patient had improved vision for many years till 2021 when he again presented with same complaints and on ocular examination had BE polycoria with corneal haze and diagnosed to have iridocorneal syndrome with progressive iris atrophy and being managed for the same and intraocular pressure is controlled with anti glaucoma medications.
