Abstract
Purpose – to study ocular morbidity in patients on antipsychotic medication
Design- cross-sectional observational study
Methodology- this study was conducted from July 2019 to July 2021 in 96 patients who were on antipsychotics.
Results- Out of 96, 54 had dry eye, reduced corneal sensitivity in 10, mydriasis in 6, cataract in 5 and one had glaucoma.
Conclusion- Dry eye was the most common ocular morbidity seen in 56.25%
