Abstract
A 28 years old male with best corrected visual acuity 6/6, hemifacial microsomia, congenital drooping of left eyelid associated with dysmorphic facies,with facial deviation to the right, mild abduction deficit, gaze evoked nystagmus( left>right), partial third nerve palsy,left ear lobule defect,CECT spine revealed fusion of C4,C5,C6 vertebral bodies and some of posterior elements with rudimentary intervertebral disc spaces t level s/o block vertebrae.
A 21 years old female with visual acuity 6/6 in both eyes, left hemifacial hypoplasia,left lipodermoid cyst ,left anotia with conductive hearing loss, vertebral dysplasia ,slight facial deviation to left.
Though the characteristic triad of goldenhar syndrome is epibulbar dermoid, accessory auricular appendages and aural fistulas it may have variable presentations also.
