Abstract
PURPOSE
A 67year old patient came with complaints of redness, pain and swelling in the right eye of 2 days duration. He had multiple intraoral swellings.
SYNOPSIS
History of tooth extraction 25 days back followed by fever and pain.
General examination: Multiple intraoral lesions seen. Multiple swellings seen over scalp, chest and back. Bilateral cervical and axillary lymph nodes palpable.
Ocular examination : Visual acuity 6/60 in RE and PL + in LE. Extraocular movements restricted.
Slitlamp examination showed periorbital edema. Conjunctiva had chemosis and congestion. Immature cataract was noted. Rest of the anterior segment and fundus examination was normal.
Orbital examination by exophthalmometry revealed 2 mm proptosis and a firm swelling over right eyebrow.
CT scan of the orbit revealed well defined hyperdense intraconal mass of right orbit. Incisional biopsy of supraorbital swelling done. Immunohistochemistry confirmed Non Hodgkins Lymphoma.
