Abstract

A 45 yr old female with known case of diabetes presented us with multiple (>100) ,shiny, non tender, clustered papulonodular lesions over face with central umbilication. Size of most lesions was 5-10 mm with excoriation of few lesion. The diagnosis of MC made based on clinical examination of skin lesions. All routine blood investigations and biochemical tests done to rule out any immunocompromised state.No significant h/o medication and Anti-HIV antibodies were also negative.On ocular examination, there was bilateral mechanical ptosis (L>R) with obstructing visual axis of left eye, rest are within normal limit.
