We report a case of 70 yr old female came to OPD with pain and mass in LE since many days, clinically appearing as ocular squamous surface neoplasia ( OSSN).OSSN can masqerade as necrotizing scleritis. We are presenting a photoessay depicting ocular squamous surface neoplasia masqerading as necrotizing scleritis
