Abstract
A 76 year old diabetic , hypertensive female presented as left eye ?melanoma diagnosed elsewhere in 2019 .
On examination she had large temporal subRPE hemorrhage which was percolated to fovea as subretinal hemorrhage.
After doing B SCAN , FFA AND OCT.
she was diagnosed as Left eye PEHCR and was advised Intravitreal rtpa and gas injection.
Patient lost to follow up and again turned up after 2 years in September 2021 with Diminution of vision in right eye
On examination now she has posterior syncehia with poorly dilating pupil .
On indirect Opthalmoscopy she has inferotemporal subrpe hemorrhage with vitreous haze . Now patient have developed PEHCR in right eye also .
B scan , FFA and OCT done and in view of posterior location and large size encroaching macula patient is advised Intravitreal inj anti vegf.
PEHCR is bilateral in 33% of patients in Asian population.
