Abstract
A 35 years old male presented with chief complaint of decreased vision in right eye since one month. He had trauma in right eye one and half month back. His visual acuity was 20/20 partial in the affected eye. Goldmann applanation tonometry revealed IOP of 14mmHg (RE) and 16 mmHg (LE). Anterior segment was normal both eyes. Posterior segment revealed retino-choroidal coloboma inferiorly with radiating internal limiting (ILM) folds inferiorly from the coloboma .The proposed mechanism mechanism could be traumatic focal or diffuse alteration at inner retinal layers as due to colobomatous area, even a small amount of force could have resulted in fine corrugation on underlying internal limiting membrane along with alteration of macular thickness.
