On examination she had microcornea with leukomatous corneal opacity in the right eye with bleeding anterior staphyloma in the left eye. She underwent evisceration and had a silicon implant with a conformer in her left eye all of which were uneventful. CONCLUSION- Here is a case of a girl whose parents were reluctant to do any cosmetic correction to the girl child. a trivial trauma made the eye painful which needed eviscration and subsequent silicon implant application which created a tremendous cosmetic change in the patient.
