While planning for phaco in cases of cataract with abnormal corneal conditions, a surgeon has to face many challenges like improper IOL power calculation, poor visualization in presence of corneal opacity / degeneration (not requiring keratoplasty), opening of R.K. incisions, threat to compromised corneal endothelium and more difficult is to handle intraoperative complications and post operative poor visual outcome.

Experts will explain how to minimize IOL power calculation error, how to improve visualization, what precautions are to be taken to avoid damage to corneal endothelium and to prevent intra operative complications. Moreover they will give tips for better post operative visual outcome with video presentations. Panel discussion will cover some other important issues and will provide ample opportunities to attendees for interactions
