Course aims at training comprehensive ophthalmologists in basic medical retina topics. Considering the large number of medical retina cases in Indian population and lack of specialised services in medical retina reaching out to periphery, this assumes vital importance. Topics covered includes the common conditions encountered in day to day practice and how to approach them in a simplified way. At the end of the session the attendee will be able to understand the nuances of medical retina practice thereby improving their quality of services.
