Abstract

Cataract surgery is most rewarding ocular surgery nowadays. There are many complications like extension of capsulorhexis, nucleus drop, posterior capsule rupture, IOL malpositioning, IOL drop, endophthalmitis may cause loss of vision. These complications may lead to vision loss. Modern posterior segment surgical techniques may be useful for intervention and lead to sight restoration. We would like to present various surgical techniques using videos which may be helpful managing complications. Surgical techniques devised are innovative and cost effective. Retrospective analyses of these surgical procedures, visual out come and complications also will be discussed. Many of these data has been published in peer reviewed journals.
