Abstract
In this video theatre, we have showed, how we tackled a series of retinal and choroidal complications post trauma. In one scenario, the retina was totally detached, with temporal retina apposed with nasal retina, and stuck with each other, presenting a closed funnel RD configuration, mimicking a single sheet of crushed tissue paper, with no visibility of disc. Bimanual vitrectomy with perfluorocarbon liquid, endolaser and tamponade with silicon oil was performed to open up and reattach retina. The surgical demonstration is shown in this video with guided animation. Post op fundus and optical coherence tomography picture show successful reattachment of the retina with BCVA of hand movements. Even complicated cases such as choroidal haemorrhage and proliferative vitreoretinoapthy; and their management are shown in this video bouquet with tips and tricks
