A single eyed, young man, having vision of PL + PR accurate and dependant on others for the simplest of daily tasks presented to us. His cornea was decompensated with a thick descemet’s membrane scar, anterior chamber was irregular and he had advanced glaucoma, status post trabeculectomy & IOL explantation. He underwent a complex anterior chamber reconstruction followed by Sclera Fixated IOL (SFIOL) implantation by MYX Technique followed by Ultra-thin Descemet’s Stripping Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSEK) all at once in the same sitting. 3 months later, he was independent for all his tasks with uncorrected visual acuity of 20/120 and best corrected visual acuity of 20/60.
