Abstract
METHOD: Presenting a video on surgical techniques for complicated cataract in patients with uveitis having posterior synechiae, secclusio pupillae and occlusio pupillae. The surgical approach includes membranectomy and synechiolysis with forceps, mechanical pupillary dilatation with viscoelastic substance and cataract extraction with IOL insertion
CONCLUSION: Pre-operative evaluation and planned surgical techniques provides good visual and surgical outcome with minimal complications
