AIM to present a series of various anterior segment procedures that are facilitated by posterior segment instrumentation thus easing possible bottlenecks in the procedures using available anterior segment instruments alone. This paves the way for uneventful outcomes thus establishing a role of repurposing posterior segment instruments for anterior segment surgery – a harmonious amalgam for the eventual good of the patient
