Abstract
Ocular Surface Squamous Neoplasia (OSSN) is the most common ocular surface neoplasia comprising of dysplasia, carcinoma in-situ and squamous cell carcinoma. Although complete surgical excision remains the gold standard in the management, treatment modalities have evolved in the recent past. From surgical excision to conservative topical chemotherapy/ immunotherapy to local injections. This has indeed aided in preserving the function and vision with limited side effects. It is important to choose the right therapeutic modality for improved outcome. There is always a right way of approaching any ocular tumor, so is OSSN. In this video we will be demonstrating the various therapies. This will help in learning the right treatment to choose and when, appropriate topical drugs, right technique of injection and surgical excision steps. Aim of this video is to impart the knowledge to specialists and comprehensive ophthalmologists to get it right, always so as to avoid recurrence.
