Abstract
We report case of 29 year male who had no history of malignancy at time of ocular diagnosis presented with sudden diminuition of vision in right eye,loss of vision in left eye associated with redness and pain.Visual acuity recorded was finger counting at 2 meter, perception of light with inaccurate projection of rays in respective eyes. Anterior segment revealed signs of raised intraocular pressure,4+ anterior chamber flare in left eye.Fundus revealed multiple elevated yellow subretinal lesion with exudative detachment in right eye, vitreous haemorrhage in left eye with shallow retinal detachment , vitreous hemorrhage on B scan. Optical coherence tomography revealed subretinal edema. On further investigations chronic myeloid leukemia was detected hence diagnosis of ocular metastasis was made as initial sign of extensive progression of malignancy,shows importance of ophthalmologist in diagnosis of primary malignancy,starting early treatment of patient.
