Abstract
Posterior chamber intraocular lenses(PCIOL) have revolutionised the course of cataract surgery as they provide a means to maintain the original environment within the eye thus giving an excellent vision. At times dislocation of IOL can occur in vitreous cavity(VC) during or post surgery which requires a vireo-retinal surgery to take it out of the eye causing trauma to cornea or iris. However, In certain cases IOL can be left in VC. A patient presented with high intraocular pressures post complicated cataract surgery in left eye with dislocation of one IOL in VC and implantation of another PClOL in sulcus followed by DMEK for pseudophakic bullous keratopathy followed by DSAEK for DMEK failure. Due to a stable DSAEK lenticule and a stable IOL in sulcus, no attempt was made to remove dislocated IOL. A GDD was placed in posterior segment for management of glaucoma as it was not improving with medical management. Patient gained good IOP control and vision 2 years later with IOL still in VC.
