Abstract
71 year old female presented with a history of diminution of vision in both eyes. Visual acuity in RE was 6/36 and in RE was FCCF. There was no history of diabetes, hypertension. Fundus of RE showed multiple PEDs with drusens, LE showed subretinal exudation with serous PEDs, subretinal orange nodules and with extensive subretinal haemorrhages. OCT of BE was suggestive of underlying PCV with the irregular undulation of the RPE with adjacent PEDs. Visual acuity improved to 6/60 in LE after 1 month of injection of 0.5 mg intravitreal ranibizumab.
